There are a bunch of neat tips in this book that have allowed me to lose 6 pounds rather fast without even putting much effort into it. I like that you can do all of this at home which has helped me stay consistent.

It’s a short book, but if you’re looking for new weight loss information then I don’t think you will be disappointed with this book.
