You get 3 little ebooks for $2.99 when including the 2 bonus ebooks. I like that you get a bunch of different weight loss ideas to use among the 3 ebooks and they don’t all focus on running.

There aren’t many tips in any of the 3 ebooks, but the tips that are included are very unique and different. I read all 3 ebooks in about 35 minutes.

I’m more than happy with this purchase because I picked up 5 new tips that should help me lose a lot of weight. Only 1 of the 5 new tips seems like it might be hard, but that one only takes 5 minutes a day and is very convenient because I can do it at home whenever I want.

5Running does suck, but this ebook is good

This author hit a homerun by writing this. I could only imagine a lot of women are like me who hate running, but still do it or want to do it to lose weight.

5Actually pretty good

This is actually nothing like most other running books and the author is correct in saying it’s not for serious runners. Die-hard runners probably wouldn’t like this book. It’s not a glorification of running.

It is quick to read and she gives some solid tips that make it easier for people who don’t like running to start incorporating certain forms of running without it being a pain in the butt.
