“The Easy Weight Loss Guide to Lose Weight Fast” was an easy read. Even though I had known, for instance, about eating more smaller meals I didn’t realize that the act of digestion burns a lot more energy which results in a faster metabolism.

5easy weight loss program

This diet is extremely easy to follow, yet very effective. Many of the diets that I have tried in the past require you to keep track of calories or carbs. This makes it very difficult to stick to the program when dining out. But This Easy Weight Loss Guide is different. There are no calories or carbs to keep track of and it is very easy to stick to regardless of where you eat.

In addition, using this plan, I haven’t had to give up my favorite foods. This is the biggest benefit for me because I have always tended to cheat after a couple of weeks and binge on the foods that were not allowed. This always resulted in gaining back the weight that I lost.

I have been on The Easy Weight Loss Guide To Lose Weight Fast for a little over 3 weeks and I’ve already lost 16 pounds. Plus, I have no desire to cheat or binge. At last I’ve found a diet that I can stick to, improve my health, and finally reach my goal weight.

This was so brief it was worthless. It suggested goal setting which is a good idea, but there was nothing else of value. Do not bother with this. It suggested six meals a day with no information about what those meals should be. Save your money.
