Inspirational! By barbara a pliskin This book made me work MOM muscles that I didn’t even know I had! I saw a difference in just two weeks, and I’m 20 plus years postpartum! Written with a sense of humor and plenty of wit…brought a smile to my face, I was sorry to get to the end. Thumbs up for this fun, challenging book!

A MUST READ!!! By patio del mar Finally! A book like this exists! After my 3rd daughter was born, within 10 months of my second and 30 months from my 1st, I was simply at a loss. Here I was, 40 years old, back to back babies, and I thought my body would never see the light of day again. This book is remarkable, but best of all it WORKS!! I have my energy, stamina and body tone back, and it keeps getting better. A fun read, simple but smart steps and a renewed faith in myself. Thank you Patti and Marci!

Good starting place By Trish This book is a really good starting point with simple excercises you can do in a short amount of time, perfect for new mommies. However I quickly found the routines too easy and wanted something more intense.
