An example for a salty junk feed is having a plain nacho chips with fat-free refried beans, 1oz of reduced-fat, grated cheddar cheese, 4oz of boneless, skinless chicken breast strips seasoned with packaged taco seasoning, a good deal of shredded lettuce, and all the Salsa for dinner once a week. Just schedule 1-2 of these kinds of physical projects each week shortly after eating a meal rich in catabolic/fat burning foods, and your results could far out-strip that working out down at the gym.

Discover the concealed culprit behind the ‘middle-age spread’–and the simple plan that’s helped hundreds of women over 30 break the fat cycle!

It’s an all-too-common problem once you hit thirty: Despite your best efforts, you just can’t seem to lose the extra weight around your middle, and you look in the mirror marveling what month and year you lost your waistline. Medical exploration proves you’re not alone–that the intermediate American gains one to two pounds a year after age thirty–usually around the stomach. Not only does this excess belly fat make you look and feel bad, it’s the most damaging kind of fat; a precursor to heart attacks and sure types of cancer.

To the contrary of other diet books, C.W. Randolph, M.D., a champion for women’s health, explains that the real reason behind this problem has less to do with calories, carbs, or crunches and everything to do with a little-known but very real medical problem called ‘estrogen dominance.’ By treating thousands of women safely and efficaciously for over two decades, Dr. Randolph has came upon why we are in the midst of an estrogen epidemic and how you may save your waistline . . . and your health . . . using his 3-step plan comprised of an anti-estrogenic diet, natural progesterone supplementation, and exercise. You’ll learn:

-How to self-diagnose estrogen dominance
-The top ten belly-blasting foods that jump-start weight loss and maintain hormone balance
-How your sleep patterns, exercise habits, and stress levels affect your hormone levels
-Which vitamins and supplements support, not sabotage, your overall hormone remainder

The result? Well within four weeks you’ll lose pounds and inches… and disclose the flat belly–and the health and vitality that go along with it.

From Publishers WeeklyEven if dieters have cut out the cheese pizza and ice cream, losing that extra fat around the middle may prove frustrating, exceptionally for those over 30. Author and doctor Randolph (From Hormone Hell to Hormone Well), along with women’s health expert James, asserts that much of the blame may be placed on estrogen. A three-pronged approach to reverse the trend, resulting in further and added weight loss, involves eating foods to remainder one’s hormone levels (primarily cruciferous vegetables, citrus and fiber); using a natural, topical progesterone treatment (naturally, he proposes Dr. Randolph’s Natural Balance Cream); and taking seven key dietary supplements, including a range of vitamins, a “calcium-magnesium combo” and DHEA. The importance of exercise and physician visits are acknowledged but not discussed (“When You Will Need a Doctor” is basically two paragraphs when it comes to getting one’s hormone levels checked). The month’s worth of meal plans provided are in general tasty, healthful dishes such as Cauliflower Crab Cakes, Pickled Beets and Grilled Salmon with Dill and Lemon; that said, Randolph’s bold assertions and self-promotion give the book an infomercial feel that compromises an other than as supposed or expected medically sound diet.

5You will be Belly FLAT in no time
By Vicki in Nashville
I lost 9 pounds which was great but even better I lost 4 inches from my waist after 4 weeks on this program. (I lost 2 inches off my waist in the first 10 days!) It is AMAZING! I am never hungry, I have more energy than I have had for a long time, and I am finally sleeping a full fitful 8 hours. The program is simple to follow and based on what is possible to do. The positive approach differs greatly from other diets I have tried that focus on what not to do.

3Another Low Carb High Protein Diet with 1 Fruit Serving
By An Experienced Gamer
If you have already tried the South Beach Diet or Operah’s Boot Camp Diet, save your money. This is another restricted calorie diet with no refined carbs, high protein, and stressing cruciferous vegetables and one serving of non citrus fruit a day. I read in another “feel younger” book that cruciferous vegetables are goiterans which in excess slow down your thyroid. Also little or no healthy oils like fish oil. Of course no bananas, carrot juice, potatoes, ect. Of course no caffine, sugar or alcohol. One serving of insoluable fiber a day and flaxeeds. The only diference is he also suggests buying his progesterone cream and supplements via his website. I am sure this diet will produce results. I lived on a similar one for several years, but beware of acid reflux from all the protein and carefully monitor acid/alkalinity ph and potential of low potassium. This can reek havoc on your muscles long term if you love to exercise at high intensity.

1No results
By K. E Hart
I bought this book, read it and have tried my best to follow the plan with no results. I’m eating fiber, and the citrus. I spent a fortune on the vitamins and progesterone cream he recommends. You end up taking a dozen pills each day. I haven’t lost a pound.

I’m a little suspicious of all the five star reviews. For a lot of them this seems like the only book they’ve ever reviewed.
