I’ve been on Medifast since late September and feel that I am qualified to review the masters and cons of this weight loss program. I am also the author of the “How To Get More Out Of Medifast” E-book. Here are what I feel are the pros and cons:
Pros: Medifast is easy, convenient, and comparatively inexpensive. You’re provided a wide potpourri of prepackaged, commodious foods like varied oatmeals, puddings, soups, stews, chilis, eggs, shakes, protein bars, crackers, lattes, cappuccinos, etc. You use these foods to eat five little “medifast meals” allround the day and you eat one significant “lean and green” meal which you prepare yourself. This may be as simple as lean meat with a generous side of veggies. (Hint: A George Foreman grill and prepackaged salads and veggies makes this easy and convenient.) For the most part, this program is grab and go. I intermediate when it comes to $8 – $10 per day on this program and I take vantage of coupons. I find the Medifast feed to be finelooking darn tasty and to be by far the best I’ve tried.
The standout thing for me altho is that Medifast has been effective for me. I’ve lost in regards to 40 pounds and I don’t feel I’ve had to make big sacrifices.

Unhappy with the information By Genine The information that this book provides is available online for free from various sources. I returned the book to the amazon and in fact it is SO short I was able to review the book in a day. Dont waste your $$$.

this text is repetitive and not informative By A. Whitacre My doc recommended that I try this diet plan, so I’ve been downloading and reading multiple books and tracts on the HCG diet. This “book” is repetitive, not informative, and frankly — doesn’t really say anything. Every chapter starts out with the same information (mostly along the lines of “you won’t like the shots, you need to buy the drops”, and it sort of talks around the whole diet plan. I skimmed this book, and then immediately deleted it from my Kindle.

don’t waste your money By Judi I bought and read this on my kindle in under two hours. Each chapter repeats the same information from the chapter before. It is not worth the money I spent on the book. Everything I read in it, I already knew from other sources….free sources on the internet. DON’T WASTE YOU’RE MONEY ON THIS BOOK!
