I liked the book – it was an easy read. Not only it offers valuable tips, but it’s also about another new mom’s experience, and that is why I really enjoyed reading it. Some tips I already knew, but it was nice to be reminded of the positive change I could make to my eating habits.

5Very healthy approach

I spent a few nights reading this book. My first thought was – humm, I knew all that already! But once I reconsidered, I decided, it’s all you need to know about losing weight! It sticks to the point exactly. You don’t need to overwhelm yourself with large lists of things to do, things to cook, and – oh no! – calculations of calories intake. Relax. This book puts you on the right track. Very healthy approach. Lots of practical tips that I’m implementing already. It’s been only a week and I have lost 3 pounds.
